24) Who is your favorite LGBT actor/musician/director/artist etc and why?
Maaaaan, tough call! There are so many LGBT artists out there that it’s crazy to try and choose just one… But I think that Anna-Varney Cantodea and her project Sopor Aeternus & The Ensemble of Shadows has to be at the top of my list for so many reasons. Nevertheless, I can’t go without mentioning Peter ‘Sleazy’ Christopherson & John Balance (Coil), Antony & The Johnsons, Baby Dee, Kenneth Anger, Francis Bacon, Thalia Zedek (Come), The Ditty Bops, Genesis P. Orridge (Throbbing Gristle, Psychic TV), Namoli Brennett, Janis Joplin, Rob Halford (Judas Priest), Chavela Vargas, Claude Cahun or Pierre Molinier. So many amazing artists, so little time!
